Q: What are the requirements to apply for the California Real Estate Salesperson License?

A: To be eligible for the state exam you must be 18 years of age and be able to provide proof of legal presence in the United States. Secondly, you must be enrolled in a DRE approved California Real Estate Principles Course. We will provide you with the application. Upon passing the state exam, you must then show proof that you have completed the Principles course to obtain your license.

Q: How do I take the Principles Exam? How does the Online, Open-book Principles Exam work? How do I obtain my Principles Certificate?

A: Immediately after you enroll in our program you will be issued a username and password. You will use that username and password to access our free online real estate license test center. After waiting the California state required minimum of 18 days you will have access to the Principles Exam. The Principles exam is an online, open-book exam. Simply score 60% or better out of 100 multiple choice questions and you will receive immediate notification that you passed. You will be able to print out your Principles Certificate directly from the California License Web site once you pass! It doesn't get any easier!
